• Submitting a booking form does not guarantee or commit you to a service slot. All appointments will be discussed upon reply and then final arrangements and a booking slot will be confirmed.

• Cancellations must be a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We reserve right to charge the labour price if cancelled within 24 hours.

• Before any work will be carried out a pre-service inspection sheet will be completed by the mechanic along with the customer, identifying any pre existing damage, wear and tear or imperfections.

• Any personal items left on the bicycle are left at the customers own risk we accept no liability for any loss or damage to these items.

• An estimate for the work to be carried out will be produced by the mechanic. This will include parts and labour charges and will be sent to the customer.

• All work will need prior approval from the customer before being started.

• If during the service more work or parts are discovered to be needed, the customer will be updated and the extra work will not continue unless approved by the customer.

• If the mechanic identifies a component or service that is required or recommended, but declined by the customer, we are at no liability for any further damage or incident as a result of the component not being replaced or the service not carried out.

• Payment will be in full at delivery of bike.

• Accepted payment methods are Apple Pay, Android Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro as well as direct bank transfers. Transfers are due within 21 Days of the invoice date.

• Payments will be taken using a portable card reader.

• Replacement parts guaranteed only under the manufactures stated period and guarantee.

• Labour guaranteed for 21 days after the service date for minor adjustments.

• Permission for images or videos to be used on social media will have to be granted by the customer prior to any use.
